       Hey there cutie, I'm Olympia the Swallow-Tailed Kite. Oh- you're not here for a drink? Get out. Oh? Changed your mind have you? Fine, here's some info about me ;)
Lore
       My history is too long to get into, but uh- back in the 1920's I used to run a bar just like this one. Even though prohibition is over, it reminds me of the good ol' days of running liquor with the gals. The rivals got to me one night and, well- let's just say I went flying for the first time that night.       I don't remember much after that, but suddenly I felt a strong call from someone. Imagine my surprise when I came to again and I was a bird flying down at Mach speed towards this cow. Turns out they were a young witch calling forth a familiar. So, that became my new life.       Now, I run The Milk Shop with Creamy. Here we whip up milkshake potions and all sorts of spells and concoctions for the local villagers! Behind the shop, I run the bar where I serve any type of downers or uppers you need, y'dig?       We have a few alley cats out back that like to peruse our more "adult selection." Please inquire within for access to the dumpster. Must be an adult and pass the vibe check for access!

        Howdy, howdy, howdy, I'm Locks. How are ya'? I'm the person behind Olympia. She is based off of me including being gender-fluid and pansexual. She also has my sassy and bratty attitude, even though I ham it up a bit for the camera. I am married to Jelly, the person behind Creamy, and I am also a Hellenic pagan witch!        I'm a full-time civil engineer, but I am not your engineer! I have also studied history and science as a hobby. Personality wise, I am a shy extravert. Creamy usually opens the gateways of friendships for me and I carry it on from there! I love chatting with people, especially new friends!When Creamy gets burnt out I will gladly talk your ear off, haha!        I LOVE history, science, and video games! If you want to chat about these things I will chat your ear off all day long! I love it when people ask me to research topics of interest for them because it means I get to go on a Wikipedia binge spree. If you ever want to chat or collab, hit me up!       I got into VTubing because it sounded like a fun way to make new friends!         I didn't expect to be a co-streamer for Creamy's channel. Seeing how fun it was, Jelly asked me to make a character to feature! It took me a while to finish her design. I decided to take the three things that I love: being cute, birds, and history. I wanted something to contrast myself from Creamy while still complementing the mood. I landed on soft 1920's aesthetic. My favorite bird is the swallow-tailed kite, so picking it was a no-brainer. They are such graceful and lovely birds of prey and I look forward to seeing them migrate every year! Seeing them has always given me a sense of wonder and excitement. So, why not share that same feeling with you all?       The speak easy came from the idea of keeping my trouble making ways from my past. I love the idea of a social area where people come to have fun, be happy, and enjoy each other's company without judgment or fear. Of course, libations are an added perk, even though I am very much a light weight in real life. I love the time period of the roaring 20s and 30s. There were so many exciting things going on. Bringing you all a slice of it to complement Creamy's 1950's style felt like a fun combination.       I also like being a troublemaker. It's always fun to be a little barrel of mischief. I try to bring that energy into any streams I am featuring in!

Through Email or DiscordImportant Information:

  1. Payment: By opening a commission with me, I expect you to be able to pay for the items requested. Payment Plans are accepted, but work will not be released until paid in full.

  2. Progress: Work in Progress screenshots will be sent frequently for you to approve. You MUST tell me at that time if there is something you would like changed. Waiting to bring something up later out of "politeness" will only make it harder, or even impossible, to fix/alter later. If you notice something, please speak up.

  3. Refunds: I will only offer a refund if I, the artist, terminate the commission. If you, the client, choose to terminate the commission prior to completion, any amount paid to me already will be considered a donation for work already finished and will not be refunded. I have the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason.

  4. Other Artists: You may request the raw art and rig files if you wish to seek another artist in the future or wish to alter the model yourself. Any damage caused to the model by work done by another person is not my responsibility to fix and will incur charges if you need me to fix it. As long as I have the time, I am happy to work on your model in the future for updates, corrections, and add-ons!

  5. Timeline: VTuber Models take a very long time to make. The art alone usually takes me a couple of months of on and off work, since I am a student and do this as a hobby. The rig takes a few weeks, minimum. I try to get things done as soon as possible, though.

  6. Deadlines: I do not work with strict deadlines, since I need fluidity in my life for schoolwork. We can discuss a general timeframe if you have a goal in mind and I can try to get it done by then, but this is not a guarantee, especially if the timeline is short.

  7. Work Disclaimer: I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I do not work with people who are discriminatory (ex. alt-right, hate group, anti-LGBTQ, etc.).

        Meowdy, I'm Jelly, the human behind the brand! Jelly is heavily based on me in many ways, including being gender-fluid and novosexual, aesthetically pastel goth and autumnal, being married to Olympia, and being a witch. Yup! I am a Hellenic Pagan Witch in real life! It's not just a bit for the character, haha. I've been practicing witchcraft for about 5 years and even ran a little witch coven at my university! I like to do tarot on stream on request. I still rely on the booklets since I read tarot casually, so it takes me a bit to get the full picture. Once I do, though, my intuition is usually on the mark!        I am a biologist and have also studied Art and Psychology in university. Personality wise, I am an introvert. I love spending time with friends, but I get burnt out easily and tend to take breaks from the online world pretty frequently. When streaming, I intensify how I am naturally for the sake of entertainment. So, if you like how I act on stream you'll like me off stream too!        I have too many hobbies, mostly surrounding art and games. That's how I ended up VTubing because I wanted a new artistic outlet and to meet new people! I really didn't expect to grow my community and circle of friends so quickly. I honestly expected to stream to myself for a whole year or two before ever being noticed. Luck and chaos have brought all of you lovely people to me, and I am so grateful to have met you all!

       While working on Creamy's 3.0, I decided to nix the character and instead start fresh. I had been missing my previous bunny branding and many of my personal characters are dragons. Thus, the dragon bunny was born! I was torn between going with a celestial theme or an autumnal theme, and ultimately decided to merge both. It was a struggle at first, but I think the color palette and mix of pumpkins and stars came together well.

For the entirety of the document, “I” represents me, the artist, and “you” represents you, the commissioner.SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT:
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim the art as their own or use it for any purpose other than personal use unless negotiated otherwise.
All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed or digital merchandise is prohibited. Licensing of the artwork for commercial purposes will incur additional charges.Conditions for Reposting:
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they like, provided they give proper credit (labeling me as the creator in the description) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
Prohibited actions that will result in a ban from future commissions are but not limited to:
* Using my artwork as NFTs or Artificial Intelligence training. This includes using GenAI to alter my artwork in ANY WAY. I do not consent to have my artwork added to any A.I. data banks without my direct permission.
* Using my artwork as direct references for your own that results in blatant “copying” or tracing without proper credits.
* Claiming my artwork as your own.
* Using the artwork to incite any form of hateful message towards any group.
* Altering my artwork in any major way without asking for permission, or in a way that disparages my art skills.

Payment will be received upfront by Ko-Fi and distributed to me. Prices are set as USD. No payment plans will be accepted by Ko-Fi unless directly discussed and arranged with me. I accept payment in USD. All payments will be made via PayPal only through goods and services. You are expected to pay promptly based on our discussed timeline. I will not hound you for payment. If payment is late or paused without notice, then my work on your commission will also be paused until payment is resumed.
It is the commissioner's responsibility to notify me when the payment has been sent to prevent delay. This is just in case PayPal does not notify me directly.Refund Policy:
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation; at which time, a full refund will be disbursed to the client.
No refunds will be disbursed for art that has already started production unless I cancel the commission as noted above. Discussion of commissions can be conducted via email for straightforward commissions ([email protected]). Complex pieces may be discussed through social media or texting apps by both parties.Visual Reference Guidelines:
You must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to draw your character accurately. Shading on example pieces will also play a part in this. Please allow some room for variability.SECTION IV. WORKFLOW PROCESS:
I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide. I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation for better flow.Queue:
I work in a queue system and prioritize commissions that are completely paid off. You can access my queue here: Commission Queue
I will update the queue form as I progress through my commissions. I tend to work on several pieces at the same time so you may see several updates in one go! Smaller commissions may be finished before a big commission because of this.Estimated date to completion:
I am a full-time University student and that takes priority. I take commissions as a hobby. I will do my best to get your commission finished as soon as possible, but there may be delays around test seasons. If there are any delays in the completion of the commission, I will personally notify you. Please, do not hound me with questions about estimated completion time or progress pictures as it will not make me work any faster. I promise that when there is progress, I will share it with you.
Completing most non-complex commissions is generally estimated to take roughly up to 2 weeks during normal conditions (i.e., no upcoming tests, no major holidays, etc.).Works in Progress (WIPS):
I will generally send a sketch to be approved or denied by you. I will send any WIPs through the app we use to communicate most frequently or through email unless otherwise discussed. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.Revisions and edits:
If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape or redrawing parts of the image. DO NOT WAIT to tell me you want a change because you wan to be “polite.” I want to make good work that both of us can be happy with in the end. The longer you wait to tell me something is wrong or missing the less likely I will be to fix it.
After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed or the changes may be rejected at my discretion.
If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.
